Form Submissions: When your customers submit quote request forms built on our platform, the submission data is stored in our database and forwarded to you via email or webhook as configured.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you use the platform including pages visited, forms created, and submission counts. This is used to improve our service.

Technical Data: We collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and cookies to operate the service securely and prevent abuse.

We use your information to:

• Process payments and manage your subscription

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your customers' form submission data for any purpose other than delivering it to you.

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Email Service Provider — transactional email delivery
• Your configured automation webhook — form submission data is forwarded to the webhook URL you configure in your dashboard

All third-party providers are contractually bound to process data only on our behalf. We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LogistiQuotes or our users.

As a LogistiQuotes customer, you are the data controller for any personal information collected via your quote forms. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for collecting your customers' data, providing them with appropriate privacy notices, and complying with applicable laws including GDPR and CCPA.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

Form submission data is retained for the duration of your account and is accessible in your dashboard. You may delete individual submissions at any time.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted HTTPS connections, hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your data. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
